  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, cleaning, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure that tags, labels, and packaging are intact when submitting a request. Items not meeting these guidelines will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request

Send us an email with your Order ID and reason for return at zippymarttechnologies@gmail.com.

 

Step 2: Provide Photos

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear images to help us process your request quickly.

 

Step 3: Follow Instructions

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions with you. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.

Refund Process and Timeline

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return conditions. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases where the item does not fully meet return criteria, such as minor damage or incomplete packaging, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the one you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Sharing clear images or videos of the issue will help us resolve your concern promptly.
