We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location and courier availability. 

If a shipment is lost, we will verify the issue with our courier partner and initiate either a replacement or refund as per our policies. 

Yes. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to delivery issues, customers can request re-delivery after confirming the correct details.

You can submit your grievance via the “Contact Us” section with your order ID and details. If unresolved, you may escalate it to the Grievance Redressal Officer at the provided email. 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Return requests should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.  

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your bank within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once completed. 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will assist with either a replacement or refund after verification. 

In cases where an item partially meets the return criteria, such as minor damage or incomplete packaging, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
