Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
• To request a cancellation, please send us an email with your order details. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Modification

We currently do not allow modifications to orders, including changes to products or delivery addresses, once the order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
